For doctors requesting a quote

Name a device or add an open item, then enter quantity and your target terms.

Only qualified suppliers respond
Requests surface to brands, dealers, and distributors qualified by device, category, and channel policy, and qualification is re-checked when they respond.

Compare private bids
Only the requesting doctor sees every bid; suppliers see only their own bid and anonymized competition signals: response count, lowest amount, and their own rank.

Award or close
Award and both sides are notified; when the deadline passes, the request closes automatically.
If you're a supplier
- Respond to qualified requests with an amount and a message — one response per request, and you can update the amount.
- Open-item requests are found directly in the list; there is no separate alert for them.
- Track your responses under My Bids.
